This guide compiles efficient methods to farm essential breakthrough materials and earn treasure coins, allowing for a smoother progression even with limited playtime.

Farming Pine Resin Ointment & Crimson Flame Ointment

These common martial arts breakthrough materials can be farmed infinitely at a specific location.

1. Teleport to the Rusty Gold Lock fast travel point in Kaifeng.
2. Head to the nearby Drink Spirit Stele. Use the Great Lightness Skill or run to defeat the soldiers at the entrance.
3. Look inside the camp. You will see a group of enemies next to explosive barrels.
4. Use a fire arrow to shoot the explosive barrels, eliminating the group.
5. Use a triple jump to quickly defeat any nearby remaining enemies for a total of six kills. You will receive Pine Resin Ointment, Crimson Flame Ointment, and Blue Stone Locks.
6. After looting, immediately use the Great Lightness Skill to fly out of the camp's boundary.
7. Circle back to the starting point at the Drink Spirit Stele. The enemies will have respawned, allowing you to repeat the cycle.
   • Important: Do not clear the entire stronghold of enemies, or you will have to wait a full day for a reset.
   • Alternative without Great Lightness Skill: After the six kills, open the map and teleport back to the Drink Spirit Stele, then return to the camp.

Farming Blue Stone Locks (Weekly Method)

A quick, "unethical" trick for a weekly supply of Blue Stone Locks.

1. Teleport to Kaifeng Prefecture and go to the central square.
2. You will see a long row of soldiers standing guard.
3. Stand on a roof to the side, pick one soldier, and shoot him in the head with an arrow.
4. The soldiers will become alerted and, in their pathing, will often jump into the water and drown, automatically giving you Blue Stone Locks.
5. Clear one side of the path, then switch to the other side and repeat.
   • Note: After a developer change, these soldiers now respawn weekly, making this a perfect weekly farming routine.

Farming Black Witch Stone Locks (Permanent Farm Setup)

This mid-to-late game material is used for Tang Blade breakthroughs. Build this farm once for permanent weekly use.

1. Go to the Crafting menu, switch to Construction, and find the two types of wooden stairs. Craft about eight of them.
2. Go to the front gate of Kaifeng Prefecture, where high-level heavy armor soldiers patrol.
3. Build a wooden plank along the edge of the river channel, then build more planks extending towards the center of the channel.
4. Remove the planks at the edge, leaving the planks suspended in the center of the river channel.
5. Go to the other side of the railing. In the basic structures, find the Ladder Pillar Railing (your stairs) and place them in your quick-access bar.
6. Place a row of these stairs along the railing for easy access.
7. Jump onto the suspended planks in the river channel. Pick a soldier and shoot him with an arrow.
8. The soldiers will charge at you and jump into the river channel to their deaths, granting you Black Witch Stone Locks and Blue Stone Locks.
   • Your constructions are permanent, so you only need to build this farm once.

Alternative Black Witch Stone Farm (Qinghe Longhu Stronghold)

If you prefer not to use the river method, you can build a mob farm for an elite enemy.

1. Go to the Qinghe Longhu Stronghold and climb onto the roof.
2. The elite enemy ("Uncle") directly below the roof is guaranteed to drop Black Witch Stone Locks and Blue Stone Locks.
3. Build a mob farm directly above him: construct 76 wooden walls straight up at a 90-degree angle (about 38 layers high), then place a wooden plank on top. Switch to free building mode for easier camera control.
4. Before attacking, switch your inner skill to March Without a Shadow to increase ambush range and damage.
5. Jump down from the roof, perform an ambush attack on the elite enemy, and collect the loot.
6. Quickly jump back onto the roof before being noticed. Run to your tower, stick to the corner, and use the Great Lightness Skill to get stuck at the top.
7. Use the Thousand Gold Fall to return to the roof. The elite enemy will have respawned, allowing you to repeat the cycle every ~10 seconds.

Earning Treasure Coins: Alchemy & Cooking

The primary method for earning coins is crafting items in bulk and selling them after the "Gold-Spending Den" event ends.

• Stamina Management: Stamina regenerates 450 points daily, with a cap of 2500. Use it regularly to craft and avoid overflow.
• Recommended Items to Craft & Stockpile: Liangyi Ointment, Golden Sore Medicine, Stone Lacquer Umbrella, and Huishuang Silk. Their materials are easy to obtain.

Efficient Material Gathering Routes

To craft the recommended items, follow these routes to gather Folei Mountain, Yulou Village, and Wei Zi efficiently.

1. Folei Mountain: Gather from dense clusters in the Qinghe region (fly from Linjiang Post), near Lutian (fly from Daqing Palace), north of Bieguan Qianshan, on the hillside of Jiu Rou Shan Lin, and near Cixing Shanyuan.
2. Yulou Village & Wei Zi:
   • Start north of Kaifeng City, fly to Yan Lake in Zui Hua Yin.
   • Gather in the small courtyard, then fly to the 8 o'clock and 4 o'clock directions for more clusters.
   • Teleport to Jiaomenli for another dense area.
   • For Yulou Pearls specifically, teleport to Shengping Qiaoxia and walk along the riverbank.
   • Finally, check Lai Su Meng Xue and Xiuzao Ye for final clusters.

• Gathering Tip: For maximum efficiency, purchase Stir-fried Chicken Noodles from a vendor in Jiaomenli first. They increase gathering success rate by 20%.

Advanced AFK Farming with Memory Controller

In multiplayer mode, materials respawn every 5 minutes. Using a memory controller allows for automated gathering.

1. Setup: Program your memory controller to press the gathering button (e.g., ZR) at an interval.
2. Location: Enter multiplayer mode and find an obscure spot with one or two material plants.
